With all that’s going on in the world with the CV19 I wish all of you the best of luck with how it’s affecting your life’s. I want to put a positive post up to keep pushing our positive vibes around and give you something healthy that is also amazing and full of nutritional value. It’s amazing to see how we are as a nation pulling together as a nation and how amazing our NHS staff and front line staff have been in keeping us together. It’s totally awesome to see that over 400 000 of us have signed up to volunteer for NHS 🙌🏼so hopefully we can anything to help to help fight this virus and how it’s affecting us all. Stay at home, be healthy, fit, wash hands, if we keep sticking to the rules and distancing our from the spread.
Here is a healthy food tip I wanted to give you to get ourselves into good eating habits I’d we aren’t already, when getting those cravings from being in the house too much with having to work from home or self isolation. It’s so important in this crisis to get ourself into good Eating habits.

Literally mash/blend up some dates, add raw peanut butter and mix in the oats and sunflower seeds, let it set in the freezer for 20mins and put in the fridge for an hour and Enjoy 😋
