Personalised Fitness Plan
I will put a personalised plan together that is specific to you. This will help you to meet your goals and motivate you by playing to your strengths and over-coming your weaknesses. The plan will help to guide you and stretch yourself to achieve the best results for you.
I will review your plan every 8 weeks (unless otherwise required) and this will include full body composition measurements and a review of your nutrition and fitness plan to ensure that you are on track.
If you are happy to have progress pictures taken (which I highly recommend) to visually track your performance these will be taken every 8 weeks at your review session. This enables you to compare and contrast your progress.
There is not a ‘one size fits all plan’ when it comes to fitness and that is why I am here to ensure that this is personal tailored experience, to allow you to be the best that you can be!
