How do I work?
In order for me to assess your personal fitness goals, devise your nutrition plan and measure your body composition, prior to any training sessions I will carry out a one on one consultation. The consultation gives me the opportunity to understand what you want to achieve, any concerns, injuries and personal goals. I would then recommend we review this every 8 weeks in order to track your progress through body composition measurements and to ensure you are on track to meet your goals.
One hour consultation (no obligation, one off or part of block sessions) includes:
- Fitness plan
- Body composition
- Nutritional advice plan
- Personal goal settings
