I have been working in the health and fitness Industry in Cambridgeshire for 8 years. I am passionate about helping my clients to achieve their goals through fitness, nutrition and lifestyle change. My aim is to make fitness fun and to make my clients feel happy, confident and motivated in order to reach their goals.


I specialise in working with people of all levels of fitness, whether you want to achieve weight-loss, body tone, dietary advice, weight management and /or sports specific goals.
